At Cantrell Schuette, Christiane Nolton specializes in representing both employees and employers in a wide range of employment and civil rights cases. With her extensive experience working in state enforcement agencies, Christiane offers a unique perspective, helping clients navigate complex labor and employment law issues, from everyday workplace conflicts to large-scale class and collective actions. She collaborates closely with her clients to deliver practical advice and innovative strategies for minimizing workplace risks. Her expertise spans cases involving discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful termination, failure to accommodate, contract breaches, and other state and federal law violations. Additionally, Christiane is skilled in drafting and litigating restrictive covenants, such as non-compete, non-solicitation, and confidentiality agreements.
Before joining Cantrell Schuette, Christiane practiced labor and employment law at a top AM Law 100 firm in Atlanta and served as a clerk at the Tennessee Attorney General’s Office. A native of Tennessee, she completed both her undergraduate and law degrees at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, where she was recognized as a Chancellor’s Scholar and received the Dean’s Leadership Award. Christiane is licensed to practice law in Florida and Georgia.
