Fortunately, after receiving my notice of termination, I found Mr. Cantrell. The previous ratings with 100% satisfaction speak for themselves and also reflect my experience. Despite sensitive accusations, threats and warnings, I saw the dismissal as unfair and wanted this to be clarified in front of the court. Mr. Cantrell assessed all allegations and always gave them an accurate assessment. For me, the return to work was in the foreground, so we went all the way including the negotiation and the court date. I rejected all of the employer's offers and let it depend on the court's hearing. In the run-up to the court's hearing, I was competently advised and informed by Mr. Cantrell about the possible risks of returning to work. It is very helpful that Mr. Cantrell knows not only the employee but also the employer side. During the process, I benefited from Mr. Cantrell's assessment and experience and I did not make any comparisons. Ultimately, the termination was withdrawn by the employer and the warning was invalidated by a court ruling and declared inadmissible. Unfortunately, only one day after the court ruling, the employers' side contacted me and stated that all points were still valid and that it is not assumed that I will be with the company for long. This realistic assessment by Mr. Cantrell had therefore quickly come true! Should it come to another termination, I trust Mr. Cantrell completely!
