The seminar will address restrictive covenant agreements (e.g., non-compete and non-solicit) in the context of the staffing industry, including: (i) If agreements make sense for certain employees; (ii) The extent of enforceability for non-compete and non-solicits; (iii) Important provisions often missing in restrictive covenants; (iv) Steps agencies should take to assess potential breaches by former employees and best practices for enforcing restrictive covenants effectively and efficiently; and (v) The best practices for onboarding and defending hires, who are often subject to other agencies non-solicit or non-compete agreement.
